Estate agent builds listing-first social tool, tests two platforms
Libby Mays says MLSocial takes a property listing through to a published Facebook or Instagram post. Those two platforms are the only ones tested end to end so far.

MLSocial starts with the property listing rather than a blank social media editor. That is the whole idea, according to its founder, Libby Mays.
Mays is a California real estate agent. She says she built the tool after repeatedly rebuilding listing information she had already entered once.
The listing data and photographs already sat in the MLS, the shared database agents use to list property. Her branding already existed too.
Making a social post still meant taking that material out of the listing workflow, writing a caption, choosing hashtags and formatting the media for each platform.
On Mays's account, MLSocial uses the listing information and property media to prepare branded content, generate a caption and listing-specific hashtags, format it for social platforms and leave the final post with the agent.
She began building it in 2026.
The company draws a line between itself and caption generators that ask an agent to rebuild a listing inside a separate marketing tool. The longer-term aim, Mays says, is to bring the process closer to the MLS workflow itself.
The claim she puts forward as provable is narrow. She says she has tested the workflow end to end on two platforms, Facebook and Instagram.
End to end, in her description, means taking a listing through preparation and on to publishing, rather than stopping at a mockup or a generated caption.
Mays offers demo recordings and testing screenshots of those two publishing workflows on request. They have not been published.
No customer numbers, pricing or team details have been released. Nor has any timeline for other platforms or for a direct MLS integration.
For founders building on top of someone else's system of record, the interesting part is the dependency. MLSocial's pitch rests on listing data it does not own, and its stated ambition is to sit closer to the workflow that holds it.
